How long does delivery take?
Ships in 1–2 working days. Delivery across India in 3–7 days. You'll get a tracking number once your order ships, and you can check it any time on the Track an order page.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders over ₹1,999. Below that, a flat ₹99 anywhere in India.
Can I return a case?
Only if something is missing or damaged. Because a case can only be solved once, we can't take returns for any other reason. See our returns and refunds policy.
Something is missing or damaged
Record a video while you open the parcel. Tell us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and the unboxing video (one unedited video from the sealed parcel to the contents), and we'll send the missing or damaged item again free of charge. Without the video we can't accept the claim.

Yes, but try one more pass through the access logs first. If you're truly stuck, message us with the case number and we'll send a nudge without spoiling the solution.
