What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, mobile number, delivery address and what you ordered.
- Payment status: whether and when you paid. Payments are handled by Razorpay; we never receive your card, UPI or bank details.
- Your account: if you sign in, the details you save in your profile (name, mobile number and address) so checkout can fill them in. Signing in is optional.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact form, email or WhatsApp.
- Website use: your cart is stored in your own browser. If we turn on Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel, they collect information about your visit (pages viewed, device, approximate location) through cookies.
Why we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders, including sending you order updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
- To keep the tax and accounting records the law requires.
- To reply to your messages and handle complaints, refunds and returns.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it, and to measure our advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with the services we need to run the shop: our courier partners (to deliver your parcel), Razorpay (to take payment), our hosting providers (Supabase and Vercel), and, if turned on, Google and Meta for analytics. We don't sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting laws require (usually 8 years), and other messages for as long as we need them to help you.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing. Write to us at hello@suspectzero.example. Records we must keep by law can't be deleted until that period ends.
Security
Our database is protected so that only we can read orders, and all traffic to this website is encrypted (HTTPS).
Children
Our cases are meant for adults and teenagers. Orders must be placed by someone 18 or older.
