Who we are
This website is run by Suspect Zero, (GSTIN ). By using it or placing an order you agree to these terms.
The products
Suspect Zero cases are printed investigation games. All people, places, organisations and events in them are fictional; any resemblance to real ones is a coincidence. Each case is designed to be solved once.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Shipping and any COD charge are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Cash on delivery is available as described in our shipping policy.
Orders
- Your order is confirmed when the payment (or, for cash on delivery, the COD charge) is received. You'll see your order number on screen.
- We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is out of stock, the price was shown wrongly, the address can't be served, or we suspect misuse.
- Please make sure your name, phone number and address are correct. We aren't responsible for delays caused by wrong details.

Content and copyright
The cases, their stories, documents, images and solutions, and the content of this website belong to Suspect Zero. You may not copy, scan, sell, share online or publish them, or their solutions, without our written permission.
Liability
We take care to make the website and our products accurate, but we can't promise the website will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Grievance officer
In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, complaints can be sent to our grievance officer, , at hello@suspectzero.example. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of the state where we are registered.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
